it has been a while since we last updated...
since *+*kelip-kelip*+* has his shares in this fp, it wouldnt be fair if most of the entries are on me or us. he hardly has HIS own entry.
so, this is going to be one...
after working like drudgers for more than a year (to set up a new centre in heart of KL), the telecom team was treated with nice meals. the party was held in Chillis, BSC on Sunday noon. the head of telecom, jim d onald (who is based in Hyde rabad - hey! sounds familiar!!!) showed his appreciation by joining the team, and congratulate each of them on the successful project!
so, what do the wives-who-havent-got-to-spend-enough-quality-time-with-the-workhaholic-husbands get in return?

we planned for this house-warming cum family get together months ago... and it was initially planned to be held on 17th May. unfortunately, due to my health condition (foot to be precise), and me being admitted, it was called off at eleventh hour!!! 
things happened for a reason...
so, today, we threw the much-awaited party... it was belated mother's day, upcoming father's day, and birthday celebrations (for june babies) all together! not forgetting, it was for our house-warming too!
why much-awaited party? coz the fathers got to chill, the mothers got to play games, and the children got to jump into the pool!!! as for us, the 'in-between' ages we joined all groups. 
one of the reasons why we (as in the whole family) love to gather and have spread of yummy food was because, we would be able to have the 'out-loud-EXCHANGE-GIFTS' ceremonial! the family started with this exchange thingy few years back... and though it was dishearten for some, but at the end of day, we all went back with something to remember!!!

Tea By The Lombong

after being quarantined for about a week, *+*kelip-kelip*+* decided to take me out for breakfast. out as in OUT of our housing area! teruja laaah saya... we were out by 7.30am (pegi keje pon tak keluar seawal ini ok!). had roti canai served on a banana leaves, under a rendang tree! heaven!!!
we then headed to our favorite blue & yellow mall, found something nice and comfortable outdoor furniture... purchased, and got home early. the furniture reached home safely... and ready to welcome guests.
and.. guess who were our first guests? (who had tea by the lake?)

i received a basket of flowers and fruits from my colleagues this evening...
(yeah yeah yeah... i know you guys miss me! i assure you that i will get my feet back into the office soon!)

due to long journey, long walk, and excited-ness, all resulting to swollen soft tissues around the right ankle. no terkehel, no terseliuh. no fractured. plainly infection. stop! dont be superstitious - i had enough of hearing 'terpijak bende bende halus tu!'. there is a possiblity, due to exhaustion, my body immunity could not fight off the disease. it was painful to put my foot down, what more if i had to walk.
Alhamdulillah, the first dosage of antibiotic - i was able to move my swollen foot. second dosage - i threw off the crutches, and started walking slowly. third dosage - inflammation lessen. fouth dosage - doctor agreed to discharge me after 2 more dosages. (i wish i can stay longer - i love being admitted y'kno!)
so, here i am, reporting from home, while resting my leg up and taking ;cefuroxime axetil; twice daily! dare not to run yet! my walking pace is also not as fast as before.
therefore, will only resume at work not gonna tell how long...

i was planning to go to bandung with a friend, when mak teh called to inform that she needed company to go to bandung for 3 nights. since, the 'group tour' would fly less than a month from the day she called me, she thought that i may not be able to join..
'Oh no mak teh! I can! I can go! Of couse, I will work things out to go with you!!!'
so, i dragged my friend along to join us. the accomodation and ground handling prices are so reasonable. cant say dirt cheap, but cheap lah jugak!
i thought, i love Jakarta more... boy! i was wrong!
after going into few outlets, and chilling to the weather, i fell in love with bandung even more. 
second day in bandung, my right ankle sudah mula buat perangai... that night, it started swelling.............. but i had one more day to do my shopping before i could surrender! 
the third day, we went to pasar baru in the morning (me with swollen foot - the pain was still bearable!)... came afternoon, the ankle started swelling and swelling tak ingat dunia... i couldnt even step on the ground. i surrendered!
one of the supirs, saw me terlonjat2 like OKU! so he called a nenek to massage me. the nenek came into the room, and urut laaaaa sampai tuan empunye kaki menjerit kesakitan!!! 
Alhamdulillah, i could walk the next morning. i could walk into the airport... and into the airplane... but foot still swollen. 
*+*kelip-kelip*+* was surprised to see my swollen foot (by then, toes all dah bengkak cam oang gemok!)!
we went to the clinic and was advised to go to the hospital for x-ray. we did what was told.
and yes! as i wished, i was admitted for infection! (i love staying in the hospital! i just love the ambience only if i were the one yg kene admit lah!!)
dah! stop speculating! 
i will go back to Bandung... with millions more rupiah!
