tahun nih we all celebrated raye kat rumah mama (sbb rumah mak kan tgh buat...). papa and adek2 yg 4 orang tuh balek johor. tinggal-lah mama and aye saje, ditemani mak and tokyu. pagi raye sume dtg berkompol.. kecuali makteh yg dtg ptg hari sbb uncle kob buat korban.
mknan atas meja sangat berbagai jenis, nasi beriyani auntie ti, kuah lodeh mama, ketupas palas aye, ketupat mak, nasi impit tokyu, serunding kelapa mama, kuah kacang segera yg rase tak rase mcm segera, rendang ayam uncle salim, keropok amir, udang petai along ah, tiramisu maksue, kuih suji maklong dan ... itu je kot? hakikatnye.. Alhamdulillah... masing2 pulang dgn tahap kolestrol dan lemak yg tinggi.
in short, ianya satu hari yg sangat tenang. makan... layan org datang, dan makan. berbual, dan makan. ketawa-ketawa, buli-buli, tau tau kuah lodeh dah nak abes? kami pon keluar gi carrefour beli barang, mama masak lagi. dan kami pon makan lagi.
 
the family instinct yg sangat kuat - warna baju pon bleh nak dekat same, songket pon nak dekat same... tapi bukan pilihan empunya diri/si pemakai!!! amy punye baju mak dia pilih, aye punye kakak dia yg belikan! size baju yg sama... tapi baju aye murah 10 inggit dari baju amy. (nota kaki: mak amy dan kakak aye membeli baju tersebut pada hari yg berlainan, jarak antara kedai dlm 50km, dan tidak berjanji atau sms-sms!)

Budak Rambut Tebal Pergi Ke Laut!

entri ini berkisarkan seorang budak lelaki berambut tebal, dan ahli keluarganya.
pada hujung minggu itu, budak rambut tebal sekeluarga menuju ke pantai utk bersuka ria sempena hari kelahiran ibunda tercinta dan cuti sekolah yang baru sahaja bermula.
lawatan ini juga utk merapatkan silatur-rahim antara ahli keluarga budak rambut tebal (disebabkan rambut yg tebal, budak lelaki itu hanya shampu rambut setahun sekali) dengan sepupu-sepupu dan ahli keluarga yang lain.

latest update : raye & wedding pictures have been posted!!! please refer to previous entries!
our raya was excellent... till it made us sick!!! (a'ah byk mkn solid food yg lazat2... both of us were already unwell on the 2nd day of raya. Alhamdulillah, General Amir bisa menguatkan dirinya utk drive for 9 hrs from south to east coast!)
so sorry coz i still dont have time to edit the raya photos... we reached home on Monday, the 6th (after travelled 1654km - nope! tak termasuk P.ontian or Batu P.ahat! we skipped that!), and reported to work the very next day - with sore throat.
we headed to Seremban with 2 pails of roses, berries, babies breath and the hantaran on the evening of Friday, the 10th, for Salleh's solemnisation (Alhamdulillah... everythg was smooth, besides General Amir was appointed as the bestman on the night we reached there!!!). We got back to KL yesterday, and the same evening, i joined the bankers' annual dinner, and reached home just after midnight.
this morning pulak, busy cleaning the house (in case, if anyone sergah nak dtg beraya!) and did the washing that i missed for 2 weeks! we managed to settle everything before 3pm (sbb nowadays hujan lebat starts at 3pm every day!), and drove to town to find not-so-mengerlap baju kurung to be worn this coming Saturday - prior to the last minute announcement by the groom, i already had somethg to wear for the wedding... however, since General Amir & i were the so-called super-duper cousins, we agreed to the groom's special request (excited jugak sebenarnye!!!) what request? you will just wait and see till the reception ends, and i post the pictures! again, all of you will miss another wedding!
hopefully, i have justified my absence for not updating.
insyaAllah, i will find time to upload the best pictures to be shared... dgn harapan before the next reception or grand event!!!

The Bankers' Annual Dinner
|
|
the whole department had team building activities in the morning, checked-in to the rooms around 4pm, and started ready for the annual dinner by 7.30pm. unlike last year, we went to Cameron Highlands for team building, and had dinner in One World, this year they combined both team building and annual dinner in one big event, one day!
this year all of the department members (from south, north, borneo, sabah, etc) gathered at IOI Marriot Putrajaya - with one night accomodation!
i didnt get to join the team building activities since the super-duper-cousin held his solemnisation on the same morning. however, i joined the annual dinner - dgn harapan nombor naik, and boleh bawak balek flat screen!
the theme this year was - Wasabi Girls and Tamago Boys.
alright.... let me remind ya, a lot of greens (some turqoise!) and yellows in this entry!!!
